When was the last time you introspected about what you are doing and where are you heading in your life?

 

I am sure 95% of us are so busy making others rich that we don’t get time to think about ourselves.

 

Activity Time:
Sit down for a while in the silence, away from the world of technology with only a paper and a pen. Write down what have you always wanted and ask yourself if you are working in the right direction to get it.

Are you carrying the buckets daily or creating a pipeline for the automatic cash flow?

 

Before I should tell you about the ways to make the pipeline. First of all, you should know the reason of why do we need the pipeline. Robert T Kiyosaki explained it in the best and simplest way in his book Cash Flow Quadrant.

These are the 4 types of people in 4 quadrants:

  1. Employee – People who are doing jobs in companies or in any departments of the governments, come in this category. These people are concerned about the steady Pay cheques, additional benefits and job security.
  2. Self Employed – These are the ones who don’t like to take orders and work for themselves. Small business owners, traders, consultants, brokers, professionals (doctors, advocates etc), Freelancers and other similar people comes in this category.
  3. Businessmen – These are the people who own big businesses. A system and the above two category people works for them. They have a team of at least 500 or more people working for them. 
  4. Investor – These are the people who own money and that money work for them. They gather knowledge of the methods which can get them the best returns and then they invest in them and make fortunes out of them. Majorly these investments are made in real estate, equities, bonds, start ups etc.

 

 

I call Left side people (Employee + Self Employed) – “LONERs”
and

Right side people (Businessman + Investors) – “OWNERs”

 

Every LONER works alone and earn for their OWNER .

 

LONERS do the individual efforts for all their lives and get finite income while staying Active. All the employees have to mark their presence, have to fulfill the given targets and for that they get a fixed pay cheque on the pay day. Also, their increments are finite for every year, it makes their growth finite as well. Furthermore, their absence make their incomes low. A small store owner has to open his store every day to earn. So do a professional (doctor, architect or lawyer etc) who has to practice everyday to earn. They can’t get absent from their works and still get money flowing in.

More than 90% of the population in this world are LONERS.

 

OWNERS make their team, system or money work for them. They earn even when they are on a long vacations, that’s what a passive income is. Above all, their growth does not have limits. We have many examples of exponential growths of right side people like Jack Ma of Alibaba, Bansals of Flipkart.

Only 5% of the world population are OWNERS.

 

How can a team or a system makes this much of difference?

 

A Very simple Mathematical calculation will help you understand that.

An Employee works for an organisation and obviously that organisation will keep him when he is giving some kind of profits to it. This is what is called salary justification.
Suppose, he is earning profits of 100 bucks in a day, in return he is getting paid 30 bucks a day in form of his salary, the other 70 bucks organisation keeps as a profits.

You are a very good employee, because you are MAKING YOUR COMPANY RICH.

 Let’s just calculate that in terms of time now.

An Employee who is working for a company works for 8-10 hours a day gets paid for 3-4 hours, as he is working for those 3-4 hours for his salary and other 5-6 hours for company profits – Salary Justification.
Furthermore, you are not the only employee of the company. Let’s suppose your company has 1000 employees like you, now 1000 employees, each working for 5-6 hours for company profits a day gives your company a profit of 5000-6000 hours a day. Hence, MAKING YOUR COMPANY RICH.

Certainly, this is how OWNERS are manipulating time in favor of them. LONERS day has only 14-16 working hours (limited). OWNERS day has several thousands working hours and also 14-16 hours to enjoy their lives full of luxuries.

 

Another 5 % are in the transition phase of becoming OWNERS from LONERS. The Yellow arrow above the quadrants in the below picture represents the people who are in the transition phase. These people have understood the concept of time manipulation through teamwork or money manipulation through knowledge (that is what investors do).

Now you have to decide, you want to carry buckets daily and stay a LONER or you want to start building a pipeline and become an OWNER.
